August 13th-5 days old
Today the midwife came over to check on me and baby Jaxon.
She weighed him and said that he was 4150 grams-which was great considering that he was already above his birth weight. The midwife asked if he had been wetting and soiling enough diapers and asked how much and how often he had been eating.
She also cut the clamp on his umbilical cord and helped with breastfeeding.
Overall, she was really happy with how much Jaxon has grown and how well he was eating!
